had the big runthrough tonight. what a killer. i was way negative about everything tonight, and a little more reserved than normal with trying to put on a good performance in front of all the clubs. craziness.

the sound system was only halfway set up, and on top of that our monitors weren't working and the speakers were blaring the track too loudly. as a result, all 4 of us hosts/hostesses were flat the entire time. i hated that i couldn't control the whole mess, but i don't have to worry since tomorrow night the system will be finished and everything will be polished smooth. can't wait for that lovely sound.

i am layin' up like a big dog tonight. i am just all around tore up and worn out from so much running and busy work. this will be a good night's sleep, most definitely. i have all kinds of shoulder issues going on. pulled something in my back doing a stunt with chad, so i think some rest is in order to heal up all of my bruises, aches, and pains.

now for the official start of voice arrest. no talky-talk or song-and-dance for me until the evenings. maybe sweet dreams of my sweetheart will refresh me for the rest of this week. hasta la pasta.
