the great december adventure
so i'm heading to atlanta for 3 days after the break; december 13-15 for some good times hangin' with the maddox clan, maybe dropping in on mr. owen himself (do you mind, jon?), and grabbing an f.o. or 2. then it's off to nashville for 2 days to goof off with jen and spend time with our good friend carrie mcbroom. finally, a wedding in kentucky, right near louisville. too much fun.
we would head to the vine at southeast christian church, but jen's gotta be back for work, so we may just go to 7:22 while we're in atlanta. come to think of it, i'm not even totally sure if 7:22 is going on the 14th. if it is happenin', it should prove to be a great experience. jen has never experienced the kind of background i come from. in all of the churches i've attended, we used "the instrument," as one professor here at faulkner calls them. (cut to dry chapel speaker proclaiming, "i would not fellowship with anybody who used the instrument.") anyway, i'm really excited to introduce her to another part of myself, and what better way to do that than to take her to something like 7:22? I can't wait!
