i think that being a sweet boyfriend really pays in the end. take last night, for example. i bought tickets for jen and i to go to a concert downtown. third day was playing, and toby mac was opening. now don't get me wrong, i like third day, but they're just not my faves. toby mac, however, that's another story. jen loves third day. i love toby mac. how perfect of a setup is that?

jen got toby's new cd, and she digs the sound too, while i really liked a lot of third day's stuff last night, so we've both managed to pull the other into our world a little bit more. t'will make for some interesting road trips methinks.

tonight is even better, though, because we're heading to a second concert! it's a lot for one weekend, but i couldn't turn it down. no, i'm not going to see acappella; instead, i'm grooving to caedmon's call in auburn! can we say stank?!
